We are an authorized dealer and contractor of KSB Pumps Arabia Ltd. We have a huge client base were KSB Pumps Boosters, Pumps and

control panels has been supplied and many mechanical and

electrical field installations were executed at their projects.

We have been working in different fields starting from electromechanical contracting to industrial equipments supply and

installations and industrial mechanical contracting.

We are also a recommended contractor by Atlas Copco for installation of complete compressed air equipments and network.

INTRODUCTION TO PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT

First Western Staff has a long experience in fluid dynamic and thermal

engineering for more than a decade. Part of our experience is

represented through our collaboration with KSB PUMPS ARABIA.

Our services in that field represent a total engineered solution from

concept until completion.

Original KSB Pumps and control system are sized, designed at our

office premises and fabrication takes place at KSB Arabia Ltd. Factory

in Riyadh 2nd industrial city.

Noting that our projects department has a huge part in the success of

our Pumps Department as most of our pumps are installed by our own

staff.

Follows a sample of projects where our systems has been approved

and installed.

SWCC SHOIBA BARGES INFRASTRUCTURE AND PUMP STATION

Located in on the western coastal city (Shoiba) and within the

restricted zone at Saline Water Conversion Corp- SWCC we have

executed a challenging project Barges Infrastructure.

Our performance was more than professional as we were able to

hand over the pipe net work, valves, pumps and lamination work in a

detailed and closely followed schedule under exhausting pressure

from authorities to deliver this critical project.

Such performance and both engineering and personal awareness

enabled us to gain both the project owner and the authorities trust

which led to assigning us to take the responsibility of doing the same

challenging project in the southern city of Shoqaiq.

A complete barge loaded desalination plant of 30,000 cu.m/day was

connected through sea laid 6 flexible PE 100 tubes of 125 mm size to a

common GRP 700 mm shore anchored header.

The header was connected through 700 mm GRP pipes to SWCC

strategic potable water tank.

Excavation of soil with many under ground utilities and road crossings

as well as above round laid GRP 700 mm pipes.

Our scope of work included supply and installation of :

1) Lamination material and fittings of 700 mm GRP pipe.

2) Stain-less Steel 700 mm clamps with anchors.

3) Installation of 700 mm GRP pipes ( both above and under

ground).

4) Supply and installation of CS reducers and fitting (1000 mm, 800

mm, 700 mm).

5) Installation of main 120,000 cu.m tank main gate valve of 800 mm.

with necessary steel structure.

6) Fabrication and installation of steel walk-ways for service and

maintenance access.

Diesel pumping station from diesel tank to diesel operating barge

loaded generator was also fabricated supplied, installed and

commissioned.

SWCC SHOQAIQ BARGES INFRASTRUCTURE AND PUMP STATION

120 KM North of southern city of Gizan lays a coastal city of Shoqaiq

embracing one of SWCC Saline Water Conversion Plants.

As every project has its own unique aspects and governing

environment, we have executed the infra-structure and mechanical

work by using PE 100 pipes instead of GRP as we have previously done

in SWCC-SHoiba.

More than 3,200 LM of 500 mm PE100 pipes were shipped from Jeddah

to SWCC-Shoqaiq.

Complete excavation, bedding, pipe laying, compacting and back-

filling were done.

Our Scope of Work included:

1) Supply and installation of 125 mm PE100 flexible hoses from sea

anchored Barge to the shore area.

2) Fabrication and installation of Steel Header located on top of barge.

3) Polyethylene fusion welding of 500 mm PE joints. More than 270 joints

were welded both above and under ground.

4) Casting and laying of pipe concrete supports with steel clamps.

5) Fabrication and installation of CS fitting and reducers (1000 mm, 600

mm, 500 mm, 400 mm)

6) Installation of ELECTROMAGNATIC FLOWMETERS. Both 500 mm and 400

mm with supply and installation of shielded cables and conduits for our

mini panels installed near SWCC main Switch Gear Panels.

7) Tank connection points by installation of 2 gate valves of 500 mm in

size after drainage of SWCC main potable water tank.

8) Supply of Electric driven pumps set with control panel and coble

network and piping. Used to pump diesel from land tank to barge

generator tanks.

Our performance here was up to client expectations and satisfaction

as in our previous project at SWCC Shoiba.

HAJJ TERMINAL COMPLEX

FIRE FIGHTING NETWORK BLOCK A & B

As most of our projects, the Hajj Terminal Complex has a critical time

limit of execution.

With main fire lines of 8 and 6 in size and a sprinklers network of piping reaching up to 5,000 LM this project represents a challenge of

management and effectiveness of man-power utilization.

The project is due to finish in November 2009 and we are on the edge

of handing over more than 80% of the project.

Yet another success for First Western Staff.

KING ABDUL AZIZ INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT KAIA

REHABILITATION OF LOAD CENTER

FIRE FIGHTING NETWORK & FM 200

In collaboration with our client (SELA-PASS TRADING) we have

executed the installation of fire fighting network and FM 200 at KAIA.

The project consisted of installation of:

1) Conventional sprinkler lines at 9 LM height

2) Deluge System for 5 main chillers.

3) FM 200 complete supply and installation.

4) Fire alarm network

More projects are being studied and shall be executed with our loyal

client SELA PASS TRADING.

REZA HYGEIN

COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM AND NETWORK

A new appreciated relation with new client was established through

installation of Altas Copco Compressors, Dryers, Air Reservoir and

control system.

Two 15 KW compressor with connected with filters and air dryer to a GI

pipes network of 160 LM.

EXHAUST FANS

Following to handing over the compressor room to our client REZA

HYGIEN, we were rewarded a new contract to supply and install 12

Roof and Wall mounted exhaust fans of 10,000 CFM.

Fans are due to be at Jeddah port by first of November 2009.

A unique relation binds us with RABYA GARDEN CENTER, a loyal client

that awarded us the 50 Gardens Project.

Our Scope of Work at each garden consists of :
