    Hogya stated after exam-ning Wrights case, he did-t believe Wright was aandidate for a hipeplacement.

    Finke also tried to dis-laim the seriousness of

    rights hip injury by

    showing the jury a videotape of Wright peformingsuch acitivies as liftingher son into the car andcar ryin g a b ox o f gro -ceries.

    In closing arguments,Finke told the jury thatthere was no doubt Wrightsuffered some injuriesafter the accident. He alsostated that the symptoms

    Wright demonstrated wereconsistent with a sprain ora strain.
