MCP 164-163 Scrub Record

Minimal gain drop for 1µA to 0.06 C cm-2, some small H2 outgas (10-10 Torr).Full functional test showedno substantive performance changes except for slightly higher background.

Faster drop @ 2µA but stablized quickly with someH2 outgas (4 x 10-10 Torr).

At 3µA since then, with smalldrop then recovery to >100% gain – leveling off now @0.65 C Cm-2.Scrub @ 3 x 105 gain, 700v per MCP
