First of all, thank you for your interest in Kentucky Festival pageants for yourself or your loved one. This year marks 17 years of

positive pageantry in our wonderful state—and now nationwide with Ameri-Fest US Nationals. To see the children grow as individuals and

make life long friends in this process is truly amazing! To learn the GIFT of giving and helping others at such a young age is priceless and

deserves to be showcased, afterall “It’s More Than Just”. Throughout the years Kentucky Festival Pageant contestants have donated thousands

of toys for Kentucky’s kids (collected by the contestants) and the past 5 years donated hundreds of Bibles for Kentucky Kids Bible Mission. First

let me introduce myself, I'm Dianne Turner - originally from Hazard, KY now living in Madison County with my husband and 3 children.

Many of you may know our family already and to those of you who do not—Welcome to our pageant family! That’s truly what we want you to

feel when you participate in Kentucky Pageants. We’re happy to bring you our "POSITIVE PAGEANTRY" approach—where no one ever

All grandma's will get a gift or medal for participating. Grandparent

queen will win crown, sash, & flowers. Wear anything dressy &

• Contestants must qualify for state through one of the offi cial preliminaries listed on the website

• Contestants will represent the fi rst title they win, however they may also enter other preliminaries.

• If you choose to not attend state finals, the opportunity will be offered to the next highest score contestant.

• Contestants will compete at state as of their age on November 20, 2015 at the state level. Prelims will compete as of age on pageant day of your preliminary.

• Teen and Miss Contestants should have never been married or have children.

• MS contestants may be with or without children ages 23 + and be unmarried.

• MRS contestants may be married with or without children and any age 20 & up !

• State winners of queen, princess, or duchess as well as supreme titles, humanitarian, and ambassadors &

will qualify for Ameri-Fest Grand Nationals (also king, prince, and duke). Nationals are summer of 2015.

• State host hotel is the Hyatt Regency—Group rate will be given when asking for the Kentucky Festival

discount for your stay. State finals is Nov 20-22 (date competing depends on age, it is not required to stay there).

• All contestants must be natural born females (excluding boys divisions birth—11 years)

• All photos for preliminaries and state level should not be Glitz—touched up photos. E.G. eyelashes

added, teeth added, etc. This is a natural pageant! Photos may be color or black and white and no larger than 8x10. Must NOT have frames. MUST include childs name and age on the back of each photo.

• At no time are refunds granted—we order gifts, crowns, and trophies based on entries received.

• Items accept ed for the 2015 charity supreme and humanitarian awards are as follows and should be new

items; new toys for Christmas toy drives, New Bibles for Kentucky Kids Bible Mission, Big Brothers

Big Sisters donations of toys, games, gift cards, or coats—hat, glove, and scarf donations for Brown Cancer Center in Adult Sizes, or stuffed animals for the Children’s Advocacy Centers of Kentucky.

• The Ameri-Fest and Kentucky Festival platform and awareness campaign is for “ Stroke Awareness” and Heart Disease prevent ion.

• All scoresheets are returned aft er the pageant AT pageant only—judges decisions are final and shall be respected

• All entry forms are due by the deadline date unless prior arrangements for an extension has been made.

• ANY sponsor or personal checks should be written to : AmeriFest Pageants LLC

• There must be 40 contestants for 2 sets of supreme titles, if less we will still award one set of supremes. Boys will have their own set of

supreme titles if there are 10 or more boys.

• Those winning queen, princess, duchess, king, prince, duke, supreme titles, ambassador titles, NEW Pioneer supreme and charity

supreme will advance to state finals to represent their local title.

• No checks are accepted aft er the pageant deadline or on pageant day. (cash or credit only on pageant day)

• Attire is ANY type of store bought pageant dress or flower girl type dress—or very dressy Sunday best. Ages 7 and older should have a

floor length dress. Dresses may have beading and embellishments but NO Custom dresses, including Janice Jackie or China dresses they are considered custom. This is to protect the integrity of our Natural pageant policies. Violation could result in a full point deduction.

• Absolutely no fake hair, flippers, fake lashes, or spray tans. Age appropriate makeup is okay and age appropriate acrylic nails. As

always if you have questions please ask. Tanning & lashes are permitted on girls 13 and older. Remember we are NOT a Toddler & Tiara type pageant—We want to showcase natural beauty.

• Photos for program book (everyone should submit), centerfold, and cover model should be submitted by deadline—NO emailed photos accepted.

• Bad sportsmanship will result in disqualification and relinquishment of prizes and title.

• Boys may compete in tuxedo or Sunday’s best * We reserve the right to combine age divisions with 2 or less contestants.

• The new Pioneer Supreme is for the contestant with the most referrals to the pageant (at least 3) ! Qualifies for state & wins supreme sash and crown !
