EVENT DESCRIPTION

“Healing Through Community. Living from the Heart.” - it’s the theme for the event, and Heal House’s slogan. Too

often, the contrast of our planet can leave us feeling a sense of pain or emotional isolation. HEAL HOUSE believes

that true healing can come from a heart-centered life and the experience of loving, authentic community. For one

special day, the Heal House team is happy to provide a space, an event, where those two elements cometogether in a powerful way.

Our featured speakers are each transformative healers in their own right. Pamela Aaralyn, a Spiritual Alchemist,

life coach, and aura reader - will share her deep insight into heart-centered spirituality, including a live and

interactive channeling. Marci Crane, a physical body intuitive, will guide an enlightening reconnection with the

physical body - sharing how certain poses or postures impact our lives and open us up to love, connection and

personal empowerment. Stephanie Barber, an adept energy worker and Reiki Master, will share her powerful

work of personal transformation - a process she refers to as Soul/Aspect Integration - where one gives the inner

child what was needed during a traumatic episode - this results in a wholeness that helps one to live a fuller, more

empowered life.

The event will include a vegan, organic lunch cooked by the esteemed, award-winning Chef Larayn Cleg, who will

also cater an à la carte menu available for purchase throughout the event. We are proud to feature this delicious,

high vibe food as a medicine for both the body and soul.

Vendors, massage therapists, healers and readers of various modalities, will also be offering their services for

purchase at the event.

Pamela Aaralyn

Pamela Aaralyn began seeing auras,

visions, spiritual beings and energy as

a whole at the early age of five. Her world was full of colors,

shapes and beings that no one else around her could see.

Once colors were seen around people, she began to sense

more and more information about their personalities,

emotions, and even had visions about their futures. She got

messages from higher dimensional beings around them (spirit guides and angel beings). After having an experience with an

archangel, she also was able to channel ascended beings, the higher selves of living people, and spirit guides. Her current

favorite deities or ascended beings to channel are: Yeshua (Jesus), Kali Maa, Mary Magdalene, Buddha, Krishna and an

ascended being from the planet Andromeda, who goes by Astrea.

Her spiritual messages focus on physical and mental well

being, spiritual well being, integration, and authenticity.

Being born and raised in a fundamental southern baptist family, Pamela didn't dare talk about what she saw, felt and knew

from these colors. However, she began to take notes in her mind. Being born extra-sensory, Pamela was born seeing, hearing

and sensing many things in her environment via clairvoyance, empathy and clairaudience: auras/chakras/energy, spirits,

spirit guides and other higher dimensional beings.

Stephanie is a woman of light! Beautiful, Loving, and Pure! She has a

genuine compassion and love for others, making her commitment to

healing unlike anyone else. Through her dedication, commitment, and

passion for healing others, she empowers all to know they are wholeand complete and truly loved just the way they are. Her intention is to

open the hearts of all by guiding individuals through their own journey

in forgiveness, love, and truth, so they may remember their authentic

true self.

Stephanie has experienced the power of energy healing first-hand and

was inspired to become a Reiki Master/Teacher. She takes a courageousstand for victims of abuse, assisting them in breaking through their

limitations from their past and transforming their disempowering

programs and thought processes.

She offers intuitive healing and coaching sessions, sound therapy and

Reiki sessions, and a variety of wholeness classes.

She has raised five amazing children and is very proud to be called their

mom. She loves being a grandma!

Marci Crane is a project manager and certified Pilates

instructor in Salt Lake City, UT. Marci’s development of

the Divine Body Experience has come after years of

working toward a greater understanding of energy

management and physical/mental/emotional

alignment. Marci would describe her personal

misalignment and realignment experiences as

“intense” and she requires fun outlets of self-

expression so that she doesn’t implode!

In her spare time there’s nothing Marci would rather

be doing than dancing!

Chef Larayn Clegg has been creating inspired and artful plant-

based cuisine for over two decades. She is passionate about

compassionate, organic, seasonal, raw and gluten-free foods.

As a longtime vegan, she has crafted her skills to impress

even the most discriminate palate with vibrant, made fromscratch, simple ingredients, fresh from garden to table

cuisine. Larayn is a certified natural chef and graduate from

the prestigious Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City.

Her professional experience includes assisting in the

opening of the raw food eatery Bonobos, and an internship

as a pastry chef at the Lifethyme Vegan Bakery in NYC.

Locally, she was the executive lunch chef at Sage's Cafe and

later went on to create the vegan menu specialty items for the

opening of Zest Kitchen and Bar . Larayn was also the executive

chef and co-creator of Union Street Eats. The Mexican food cart was

voted the "Best Vegan Food Cart" in 2012, by City Weekly Magazine.

VegNews also named Union Street as one of the "19 hottest food trucks/carts" in

the country. Next, VegNews Magazine interviewed Larayn for the "Water Cooler" feature and

she went on to be a contributor for the magazine, penning the winning article for the " Vegan

City Showdown." Her popular Union Street Eats Barbacoa recipe is currently served at Buds

and got a special mentioned as what to order at one of "24 Vegan Restaurants That Belong On

Your Culinary Bucket List" by Buzzfeed.com

She is a longtime volunteer, board member and

special event planner for Ching Farm Rescue and

Sanctuary.

We are proud and elated to have CHEF LARAYN CLEG cater

lunch for our in-person attendees. Chef Larayn will be

accompanied by Sarah Kate Orbach.

Orbach grew up in Brooklyn, NY and relocated to New Jersey at fifteen.

She alternately pursued acting and art before discovering her passion

for baking, dropping out of college to attend the French Culinary

Institute in Manhattan at nineteen. Since going vegan four years ago, she

has developed a passion for cooking as well and loves to make food that

brings people joy without doing any harm to animals. She is twenty six, a

regular volunteer at Ching Farm Sanctuary, and has lived in Utah for a year

Farm animals have the same emotional capacity as traditional companions like dogs and cats,

yet modern cruelty laws do not apply to them. Under the law, they are seen as mere objects for

human use.

At Ching Farm, we fill a need in the Salt Lake area by advocating for farm animals through

rescue, education, and adoption/placement services. We believe that our advocate work can

help change perceptions of farm animals and create a deeper respect for the rich emotional

lives of these animals.

Ching Farm Rescue and Sanctuary was founded by Faith and Mike Ching in Utah in 1998. The

farm became incorporated as Ching Farm Rescue as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, andyour donations are tax-deductible.
