What do these Agency Positions entail?

Account Coordinator• Manages 1 - 2 campaigns• Responsible for meeting with client,

discussing objectives and creating a campaign plan with ad team

• Develops a budget and timeline to go over with VP of Finance and client

• Manages team and ensures launch of campaign

Responsibility/Leadership Level

Account Supervisor• Manages a specific part of a campaign (digital, online,

guerrilla)• Works with Account Coordinator to create campaign

strategy that meets the needs of the client

• Runs their specific part of the campaign with Account Executives

• Usually 1 - 2 Account Supervisors per campaign

Responsibility/Leadership Level

Account Executive• Works with Account

Supervisor to run the actual campaign

• Make sure the operations of the campaign are running smoothly

• Assist in creating campaign with the whole team

• There's no limit to account executives per campaign

Responsibility/Leadership Level

General Members

•  Attend general meetings• Can attend workshops and seminars• Are encouraged to sign up as Account

Things to know...

• General Meetings are scheduled once every 2 weeks (we'll e-mail you!)

• Leadership positions will be formalized by next meeting! We'll e-mail you your position!

• The first half of meeting will train you on what to do as an Agency member

• In the second half, Agency members will meet with client and discuss campaign strategy
