We began the re-development of the building located at 505 Orleans Street in June 2006. After several attempts at patching the roof, it became evident that an entirely new retro-fit system would be necessary. Our General Contractor, Mr. Neild. recommended that we use a Duro-Last roofing system. I had previous experiences with Duro-Last roofing systems on other commercial projects; and. frankly was unimpressed. I would later change my opinion completely, realizing that my previous experience had nothing to do with the quality of the product itself, but rather everything to do with the quality of installation. Monument Constructors completed the roof in December 2006. complete with a twenty (20) year warranty and a WPI-8 inspection certificate. Every time we have had any issues with the roofing system (twice from falling debris from an adjacent building and after Hurricane Ike) Monument Constructors has been on site to oversee the necessary repairs within twenty-four hours. During Hurricane Ike the only issues we experienced with the roofing system had nothing to do with any types of failure of the system itself, but rather puncture from flying debris. During Hurricane Ike. the annex on the back of the building almost lost the roofing system in toto. This, however, was not a failure of the roofing system, but rather a result of a failure in approximately thirty (30) yeai old rotten decking beneath the system. Again, Monument Constructors returned to make all necessary repairs and re-certified the roof with a new WPI-8 inspection certificate. We have not had a single leak since that point. Summarily, I would highly recommend a Duro-Last system installed by Monument Constructors' highly trained, professional, and courteous personnel. As a customer, 1 have been pleasantly surprised time and again by their performance and continued dedication to ensuring the quality control that defines the company. It is truly hard to find contractors with that degree of dedication in the current climate of the industry. Very truly yours. rgeWBeeierlll GenerafManager

Following our walkthrough of the roofing system on the First City Building, I, George W. Beeler HI. GeneralManager of Beaumont Preservation Partners, LLC, a.k.a. the First City Building wanted to take the opportunityto express to you. again, how satisfied we been not only with the Duro-Last roofing system, but also with Mr.Tom Neild of H. We began the re-development of the building located at 505 Orleans Street in June 2006. After several attemptsat patching the roof, it became evident that an entirely new retro-fit system would be necessary. Our GeneralContractor, Mr. Neild. recommended that we use a Duro-Last roofing system. I had previous experiences withDuro-Last roofing systems on other commercial projects; and. frankly was unimpressed. I would later changemy opinion completely, realizing that my previous experience had nothing to do with the quality of the productitself, but rather everything to do with the quality of installation.

Monument Constructors completed the roof in December 2006. complete with a twenty (20) year warranty anda WPI-8 inspection certificate. Every time we have had any issues with the roofing system (twice from fallingdebris from an adjacent building and after Hurricane Ike) Monument Constructors has been on site to overseethe necessary repairs within twenty-four hours. During Hurricane Ike the only issues we experienced with theroofing system had nothing to do with any types of failure of the system itself, but rather puncture from flyingdebris. During Hurricane Ike. the annex on the back of the building almost lost the roofing system in toto.
