POLYTEC INDUSTRIAL manufactures top quality moulded parts and polyurethane coatings for a di-versity of industrial applications. Hot casting or spray-ing are employed for the realisation of tailor-made customer solutions in everything from minimum to large series. Furthermore, as a result of over 30 years of experience in the processing of polyurethane, in excess of 150 in-house developed recipes are cur-rently available.

We employ a workforce of around 130 at locations in Marchtrenk, Austria, and Bochum, Germany where over 1,700 t of polyurethane are processed annual-ly using advanced plant systems from POLYTEC EMC ENGINEERING.

An extensive colour range The characteristics of polyurethane permit its

individual adaptation to your requirements. The material is extremely tough, fl exible and can resist a large number of chemi-cal substances. Apart from physical val-ues, we also fulfi l the requests of our customers with regard to optics. Inte-grated colour dosing on our machines means that an extensive colour spec-trum is available even for small series.

Versatility in every regard Moulded polyurethane parts are highly convincing owing to their non-stick surfaces, which are also wear-resistant. Their range of uses is as multifaceted as the more than 150 recipes that POLYTEC INDUSTRIAL has developed for a diversity of applications.

GRIPPERSThese grippers do not leave a mark on the work-piece they are carrying. Their Shore hardness can be individually adjusted in order to either reduce the required clamping force, or increase the friction coeffi -cient, which for example is useful when glass is to be handled.

CARTRIDGE SPRAYING SYSTEMHomogeneous, seamless and highly wear-resistant coatings can be applied us-ing the POLYTEC spray gun and static mixers. Surface repairs and the coating of small parts can therefore be easily carried out in-house.

Safeguarding the valuable The careful handling of infrastructure, stocks and products constitutes is a major priority in every indus-trial company. Our plastics solutions protect your en-tire working area against damage and are also impact and noise absorbent.

PROTECTIVE MATSIn particular, protective mats are indispensible on workbenches. They not only safeguard the working sur-face against damage, but also tools and workpieces, and thus facilitate effi cient working.

COLLISION GUARDS AND IMPACT PROTECTIONOur protective strips serve the safeguarding of both infrastructure and vehi-cles. They are available with varying degrees of hard-ness, are easily mounted and upon contact leave no marks on the vehicle.

COIL MATSCut- and wear-resistant coil mats are ideal for the fl exible storage of wire bundles and sheet metal coils. They not only prevent damage to the outer lay-ers and windings, but also capture emulsion in their collecting channels.

SAND BLASTING CABIN MATSPlastic mats are used to prevent abrasion to sand blasting cabins. This allows the avoidance of mainte-nance work and reduces costs considerably.

AGITATORSWith their chemical and wear resistance, our coat-ed agitators cannot fail to convince. Among other uses, they are employed for the stirring of concrete and during this application, the surface coating prevents material adherence.

ABRASIVE MATERIAL CONTAINERSThe precise inner coating on the containers offers protection against abrasion and hence the creation of holes.

VIBRATING CONVEYORSVibrating conveyors are used primarily for the han-dling of gravel. The coating acts as reliable protection against wear and noise.

BALL VALVESBall valves are armatures with a perforated sphere that is used as a gate. One area in which these valves are employed is as a com-ponent in oil industry pipelines, where the outer coating serves as corrosion protection.

FINISHING MACHINESOur fi nishing machine ser-vices include the thermal removal of the old surface coating, repairs to the steel structure, complete blast derusting and the replace-ment or customising of all the plastic components.
