Ankit is a Bachelors in Commerce from DelhiUniversity and a fellow member of Institute ofChartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. He isalso certified in IFRS and Forensic Accountingand Fraud Detection. He is the co-founder of thefirm.

Prior to being associated with AJSH, Ankitworked with the Big 4 accounting firms(Pricewaterhouse Coopers India and Canada)and MNCs (American Express, India and Japan).

Specialization and Experience

Ankit carries extensive professional experience in various fields of financialadvisory including tax and regulatory advisory, transactions advisory,valuations, inbound and outbound investment structuring, accountancy, auditand assurance. He possesses a profound public accounting experience formore than 18 years. He has been a member of Technical Committee of ICAI forupdating the existing Accounting Standards on the basis of correspondingIndian Accounting standard.

His professional experience includes:

• Providing transactions support services including investor/ targetidentification, feasibility analysis, due diligence, valuations, transactionsstructuring and other support services;

• Investment advisory services including setting up joint ventures in India,fund raising, transactions structuring as well as entry and exit strategies;

• Statutory audit of major corporates in industries such as telecom, realestate, finance, infrastructure and aviation;

• Advising on Indian corporate tax, regulatory matters and internationaltransactions;

• Assistance in SPAC transactions; and• Facilitation in setting up business in India.

In addition to above, Ankit is a USGAAP and IFRS expert and has also assistedclients in SEC and SEBI filings.

Siddhartha is a Bachelors in Commerce fromDelhi University and a fellow member ofInstitute of Chartered Accountants of India, NewDelhi. He is also certified in accounting softwarelike QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, Wave, ZohoBooks . He is the co-founder of the firm.

Prior to being associated with AJSH, Siddharthaworked with Big 4 accounting firms(Pricewaterhouse Coopers India and GrandThorntan, India) and MNCs (American Express,India).

Specialization and Experience

Siddhartha carries extensive professional experience in drawing businessplans, outsourcing financial and accounting processes, viability studies,valuations and due-diligence. He leads the international accounting practice ofthe firm. He has more than 17 years of work experience. He is a Six SigmaGreen Belt certified and has accredited various certificates from all hisprevious employers for his invaluable contribution to the business processes.He also mentors his teammates by conducting trainings for AccountingStandards, USGAAP and IFRS convergence, deferred taxation, impairment ofassets and other technical matters.

His professional experience includes:

• Providing support services to foreign clients in drawing business plans andoutsourcing accounting and bookkeeping processes;

• Assisting clients from US, UK, Australia, Singapore & Canada with their taxfilings;

• Foreign investment advisory services;• Working with major corporates in industries such as manufacturing, retail,

information technology, telecom, real estate, finance and infrastructure;• Providing assistance in project financing and private equity;• Managing SOX audits, financial and legal due diligence, process reviews

Siddhartha Havelia

Manvi AroraManvi is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Masters inCommerce from Delhi University. She is engaged in variety of assignments with variousclients from telecom, manufacturing, trading and real estate industries from US, UK andAustralia. With the total work experience of 11 years, Manvi leads the taxation andfinancial accounting team in the firm.

Chandramani is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountantsof India and is also a Bachelors in Commerce. He has been involved with severalassignments relating to internal audit, taxation and management support services toclients from telecom and manufacturing industries from India, US and Australia. He hasmore than 8 years of work experience.

Gautam is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has 17 yearsof work experience and was a part of Big 4 Accounting Firm. He has worked as theFinancial Controller with 6+years of cross-functional expertise in accounting, budgeting,management reporting, statutory reporting, regulatory compliance, working capitalmanagement, taxation, statutory and tax audits.

Mehak TanejaMehak is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Indiaand a Bachelors in Commerce. She has been involved with several assignments relating tostatutory audit, tax audit, direct and indirect taxation. With the total work experience of 10years, Mehak handles ROC/ tax compliances and tax planning for the domestic clients ofthe firm. She has assisted various clients in their business setups including companyincorporations & registrations in India.

Rajeev is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Indiaand also a Company Secretary (Exe). With his 12 years of work experience, he leads theteam for accounting and taxation for domestic and international clients. He handlesplanning, reporting, and liaison with client in connection to the international accounting.He is also certified in Quick Books and Intermediate Financial Module.

Yitesh is a Certified Accountant, ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)from BPP University College, London. Along with an advance diploma in CIMA from LondonSchool of Business and Finance, London, he also holds a degree in Sustainable PerformanceManagement from Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester. He is also certified inQuick Books, Intermediate Financial Module, Business and Language and handles a teamresponsible for managing the clients from real estate, manufacturing and e-commerce.
