Weekly backups:PRD goes down every Saturday night for one hour (7pm EST - 8pmEST)TST goes down every Saturday night at 8pm EST and comes back upat 2am EST on Sunday.
Preventive maintenance:One weekend per month, to perform necessary hardware, softwareand infrastructure maintenance, all servers: PRD, TST and DEV. TSTalso is taken down during this week-end to update the database, andit becomes available on Monday at 12 noon EST.
