WNS series oil and gas boilers are horizontal internal combustion three pass complete wet back fire-tube boilers, a proprietary high tech product developed by our company based on imported technology, as an integration of electronics, combustion and heat exchange.

The fire tube boiler system uses German Bosch industrial boiler safety control system technology including PLC with independent interlocking protection system. The touch screen ensures a secure and reliable automatic boiler control and operation.

Boiler uses insulating protective materials, with good heat insulation effectiveness. Surface temperature is only higher

than room temperature by 5°C, limiting heat loss, while also cutting off the noise generated inside the boiler by combustion

conserving fuel and reducing emissions of pollution, noise and waste gas.

Ensuring High Safety and High Reliability for the Boiler

Imported Bosch Germany advanced industrial boiler independent safety control system and combustion system,

incorporating boiler water level, steam pressure and temperature malfunction protection functions

uses independent interlocking protection system design. Even if PLC is disabled due to malfunction and/or is

unattended, the independent safety control system still ensures high safety and high reliability of the boiler

Uses German TÜV, CE certified advanced boiler water level safety regulator with self-monitoring capability

Description:

Products labeled are primary recommendations; products labeled are secondary recommendations; according to client specific

needs, products for other parameters can be provided.

Steam boiler designed efficiency range, dependent on configuration of energy saving device, is: 90.5%~101.2%.

Hot water boiler designed efficiency range, dependent on configuration of energy saving device, is: 90.8%~95%.

Steam boilers are all configured with an energy saving device, in one of three models: B type (basic model) , E type(economic model),

S type (strong model) , with respective flue gas temperatures of 150°C, 90°C, and 55°C.

Hot water boiler energy saving devices fall into two categories: No boiler energy saving device, with corresponding flue gas

temperature of150°C;configured with boiler energy saving device, with corresponding flue gas temperature of 100°C.

Boiler designed fuel includes: natural gas, town gas, liquefied petroleum gas, biogas, coke oven gas, mine gas, light oil, and heavy oil.

WNS series boiler body is designed for using fuel oil and gas dual use, fuel oil, or fuel gas as the three kinds of fuel, customer specifies

the relevant fuel when ordering, to facilitate selection of appropriate burners and other auxiliary equipment.

The flue gas exit temperature of the boiler is relatively high and can be recovered via energy saving device which can pre-heat boiler feed water while simultaneously lowering flue gas temperature, reducing boiler flue gas emission heat loss, increasing boiler thermal efficiency by 3%~7% and achieving the goals of energy savings, emission reduction, and loss prevention.

Standard configurations for Bosch’s boilers include B type (basic model) boiler energy saving device, with options available for E type (economic model) and S type (enhanced model) energy saving devices, the corresponding flue gas temperatures are 150°C, 90°C, and 55°C, respectively.

For hot water boilers, the standard configuration falls into two categories: no boiler energy saving device corresponding to flue gas temperature of 150°C, and with energy saving device corresponding to flue gas temperature of 100°C.

Besides the boiler energy saving devices shown above, our company can also specifically design more appropriate, higher efficiency boiler energy saving devices based on user fuel characteristics and user specific requirements.
