Applying primer PSK 101 coat of required WFT (100 to 150 microns) by brush on grinded area. Allowing primer PSK 101 coat for curing & drying for required time interval depending on temperature.

Galvanised mesh & wood shuttering with wood blocks fixed on the steel column. Mesh to be positioned at 1/3rd distance from the surface of steel column.

Overlap of 50 mm to be ensured at mesh joints.
