First we need to create a FFAdminuser . It should be a Dialog user type.

Admin---FFADMINTS---/virsa/z_vfat_administrator

Give the role name /virsa/z_vfat_administrator and save it.

Next create FFOwner user. It also should be a Dialog user type.

Owner—FFOWNERTS--/virsa/z_vfat_id_owner.

Give the role name /virsa/z_vfat_id_owner in roles tab and save it.

As well as we need to create the Controller . It should be also a Dialog user type.

Controller—FFCONTROLLTS--/virsa/z_vfat_role_controller.

Give the role name /virsa/z_vfat_role_controller and save it.

Next we need to create a firefighter ID . It should be a ‘Service’ user type.

Assign SAP_All&SAP_New in the profiles tab and save it.

Next we need to create Fire Fighter user . It should be also a ‘Dialog’ user type.

Assign the role name /virsa/z_vfat_firefighter and save it.

Now come back and execute T-code /n/virsa/vfat

A new page will be pop uped. Click on the new entries and there we need to assign a FFID to FFOwner

and save it.

Now assign FFID to FFController and save it.

Now assign FFID to the Enduser to whom we want to assign and enter validity period and enter the

owner and save it.

We need to assign the FF Role to the endsuer and save it.For Ex: TESTUMA.

Now login with the user name TESTUMA and execute /n/virsa/vfat. Then a new screen will be pop-uped.

Now click on the Log on Option in screen .Then a new screen will be pop-uped .there we need to enter

the reason code and enter activity we need to perform with this FFID. Then click on the ‘tick mark’.

Click on the ‘Start SAP Easy Access’ and execute the transactions you need to execute.

After logging from the FFID session the will appear as shown below.
