Subject:-FIR REPORT RERADING ROBERY AT OUR PITAD PROJECT H-8-4 Islamabad

Dear Sir,

This is to inform your god self that yesterday night, a gang of armed persons entered our PITAD project at Plot 82 Sector H-8-4, at about 9:30 and locked our all workers residing at the project site. They loaded some construction and shuttering material from the site in a Truck and took away at about 11:50 pm. However some of them remained at site even departure of the truck till 1:30 and while departing took away one Government Vehicle i.e. SUZUKI VAN IDH 5140. After the departure of them our watchman reported the matter to 15 and the police officials visited the site for initial investigation.

In light of above, we are enclosing herewith the statement of our watchman and request your goodself to register the FIR and investigate the matter and keep informed us about the progress.
