Other people talk about innovations – we develop them as far as to start their production! This is why our new wood-burning stove has an effective exhaust gas conduct and a huge heat exchanging device for a high efficiency.

As probably the first sauna stove on the market our top model has an incoming air control that regulates the incoming air from the beginning of the burning on completely automatically. This regulation results to a considerably improved burning behaviour compared to other stoves. All these innovations are reflected positively in the efficiency, the demand on firewood and of course the emissi-ons.

The main reason for this complex technique is the introduction of the firstFederal Emission Control Law (1.BImSchV) on February 1st, 2010. This law controls the limits for carbon monoxide (CO), dust as well as theminimum efficiency. Sauna stoves that do not comply with theserequirements will not be authorised by chimney sweepers in Germany.

Unproblematic installation

With our high quality wood-burning stoves you do not have to accept a compromise or experiments. All FinTec wood-burning stoves comply with the regulations of EN 15821. This has been proved by an authorized test laboratory during the approval test. Moreover, the most of the wood-burning stoves comply with the strict regulations of the first Federal Emission Control Law (1. BImSchV).

In Germany multiple lightened sauna stoves do not need an approval anymore if they comply with the first Federal Emission Control Law (1. BImSchV) and soon with the EN 15821. Before you install your stove you have to register it at your chimney sweeper together with the documents delivered. In the following years your chimney sweeper will check your stove annually and clean the chimney of your sauna stove. A measuring of the exhausts will not be needed.

Our FinTec wood-burning stove was designed and developed in Germany and is also pro-duced here. It is the first model of a new generation of sauna stoves that will be enlarged step by step in the next years.

If you are on the search of a sauna stove that offers a pleasant appearance and uniquecomfort in handling in addition to German quality, you won’t be able to pass this stove.

Before you begin to heat, the fresh air supply that is integrated into the door has to be ope-ned ( just push it upwards). The sauna stove receives an excess of air and the burning starts directly without any problems. As soon as the burning has started, the primary air supply closes automatically. This leads to an extremely efficient and ecological burning.

The stove may be put directly onto inflammable material (e.g. wooden floor) withoutadditional isolation sheets. This is an enormous advantage compared to other saunastoves which have to be installed onto concrete or Promat sheets.

Moreover the width of the fire tube complies with the German DN 120 standard that enables an easy installation to already existing chimneys. Thanks to the self-closing door, the sauna stove has been successfully tested as Type I and may be connected to multiple usedchimneys.

Efficient exhaust gas conduct

The sauna stoves of our standard line are made of 3 mm quality steel. The thickness of the furnace’s steel sheet is 6 mm, the thickness of the stove’s flipside 4 mm. This enables the extreme high stiffness of our sauna stoves.

All of our standard wood-burning stoves have a controlled exhaust gas conduct thatenables a much higher efficiency that leads to a lower demand on fire wood and afaster achievement of the operation temperature.

Two big revision openings enable an easy cleaning of the exhaust gas conducts. The exhaust gas tube can either be closed horizontally or vertically, whereas the extractor has a diameter of 115 mm.

Furthermore the new eco models are equipped with fireclay. This increases theefficiency and the heat storage capacity of the stove considerably.

From a heating capacity of 9 kW on our sauna heaters are produced with two electric circuits to ensure high compatibility with all current sauna control systems.

The glass bead blasting surface gives a noble and high quality look to the stone gabion. Thus smaller signs of use do not attract attention.

The fasteners included into the saunaheaters protect the heater effectively froman accidental knock over without affecting the modern look.

As accessory for our electrical sauna heater thereis a LED illumination circlet available which has 12 LEDs and can be retrofitted without difficulty.To enable a simple installation, the silicone connection cable is already fixed to theillumination circlet. The LED circlet isconnected to the power supply by a 230 V isolated ground plug. Thus anadditional power supply is not necessary!

Designed, developed and produced in Germany – this sauna heater doesnot arise any doubts.

With our new electrical sauna heaters you do not risk any experimentsas it is developed and tested especially for the daily requirements incommercial sauna installations. We manufacture our sauna heater in our own production line, only using high quality material.

To insure that you take much pleasure in your sauna heater for a long time, ourGerman quality supplier produces theheating resistors with an extreme lowload per cm². Moreover, all additionalparts (cable penetrations etc.) areexclusively purchased from Germanbrand manufacturers.

Groundbreaking and of extraordinary quality – these are the IKI KIUAS wood-burning sauna stoves.This is not a vague promise but a fact that is proved by many test victories. They are made with Finnish craftsmanship of high quality stainless steel. The huge stone capacity and the efficient air conduct leadto an incomparable sauna experience.

The performance of the oven should be chosen on the basis of the size and the material of the sauna.If the inner walls are made of stone, glass or similar materials, the stove performance needed increasesby the parameter 1.2. If the inner wall consists of non-isolated planks, the parameter is 1.5. Please note that the walls and especially the ceiling have to be well isolated. An efficient circulation of air makessure that your sauna guests are always provided with fresh air. They will be excited!

Every of the three IKI KUIAS stoves can be supplied optionally in plus size with a fire pipe extension(see picture on the right). This increased the stone capacity considerably: from 120 to 200 kg for the MINI IKI, from 240 to 300 kg for the Original IKI and from 300 to 360 kg for the Maxi IKI. Moreover, you have the choice among three glass doors: smiley, half-glass and bull’s eye. You can find these options on the bottom.

IKI KIUAS electrical sauna heatersIntuitional handling and a long life period – these are the main criteria for our electrical sauna heaters from IKI KIUAS. The sauna climate is not inferior at all to our traditional wood-burning stoves. As well at our wood-burning stoves, the reasoned air conduction and a huge stone capacity gua-rantee the incomparable steam. Special formed heating elements enable a constant heating of the SaunaStones. The small safety distances that enable sophisticated design wishes show another advantage.

Strong reasonsAll electrical sauna heaters are completely made of high quality stainless steel. The heatingelements are made of extreme durable AISI 304 stainless steel. For the commercial sauna heaters we use first class heating elements made of AISI 309. This guarantees a long and low-maintenance usage.

The maximal heating capacity of 2.0 kW per heating element assures a very low surface load ofthe pipe (max. 2.0 Watt /cm²). Thereby the strain of the heating elements is reduced considerably reaching a significant longer life period. Our sauna heaters are constructed and produced for a high strain and long life period. However if something should get broken, we won’t leave you out in the rain. We ensure an uncomplicated and fast spare part delivery.

In contrary to most of the competitor IKI KIUAS designs and produces all sauna heaters exclusively in the country of saunas – Finnland. From the first idea to the creation of a prototype, to the production of the sauna heaters, a longtime experience and the large expert knowledge of the employees is incorporated into the implementation of the sauna heaters so that only technological mature and high quality sauna heaters leave the production in Finnland.

Besides our original Finnish Sauna Stones there is also original Finnish accessories needed for the perfect sauna experience. This includes handmade sauna buckets, sauna lamps and thermometers made of classy Finnish wood. Moreover, pure essential oils in different fragrances are indispensable.

This is why our accessories are manufactured in small Finnish craft producers on purpose. Often these are one-man businesses which do this handcraft in the second or third generation. This long-term experience and the usage of high quality wood assure the best quality. Furthermore, every piece is made by hand and therefore unique.

When selecting SaunaStones we especially pay attention to a high quality. Notevery granite is suitable for the production of SaunaStones. In the expertise the“Geowissenschaftliche Dienst“, Dr. Olaf Otto Dillmann (geoscientist) issued, the Finnish rocks where examined for their thermal capacity. The most important criteria for quality for a high class SaunaStone is the formation of the minerals and the constituent minerals.

For our SaunaStones we use the Finnish SaunaStone “Olivindiabas” which is highly re-sistant against variations in temperature as well as the “Eliitti”, which

glows in a bright red after hardening process.

You receive all of our high quality SaunaStones completely cleaned and safely packed in a box and therefore directly ready for use.
