CASE INFORMATION
The statement of Claim was filed on or about June 23, 2011. The First Amended Statement of Claim and Answer to Counterclaim was filed on or about September 7,2011. The Submission Agreement of Claimant was signed on or about June 23, 2011.
The Statement of Answer and Counter-Statement of Claim ("Counterclaim") was filed jointly by Respondents Finney and Funk on or about August 22, 2011. The Submission Agreement of Finney was signed on or about August 16, 2011. The Submission Agreement of Funk was signed on or about August 17, 2011.
The statement of Answer was filed by RJA on or about October 27,2011. The Submission Agreement of RJA was signed on or about September 15, 2011.
CASE SUMMARY
Claimant asserted the following causes of action: breach of contract and wan^anties, promissory estoppel; quantum meruit/unjust enrichment/money had and received; breach of fiduciary duty; conversion; tortious interference with a contract; and civil conspiracy. The causes of action related to agreements between the parties relating to client accounts and commission sharing.
Unless specifically admitted in their Answer, Respondents denied the allegations made in the Statement of Claim and asserted affinnative defenses.

Claimant's Amended Statement of Claim added Raymond James and Associates, inc. as a Respondent
On the record at the hearing. Respondents orally amended their Answers to add the affinnative defense of statute of frauds and Claimant orally amended to add the affirmative defense of partial perfomriance to Respondents' statute of frauds.
The parties have agreed that the Award in this matter may be executed in counterpart copies or that a handwritten, signed Award may be entered.
After considering the pleadings, the testimony, and the evidence presented at the hearing, the Panel has decided in full and final resolution of the issues submitted for detennination as follows:

1. ) Claimant's claims, each and all, are hereby denied and dismissed with prejudice;
2. ) The Counterclaim of Teresa Finney and Richard Funk is denied and
dismissed with prejudice;
3. ) All requests for expungement are denied and dismissed with prejudice;
4. ) Other than Hearing Session Fees which are specified below, the parties shall each bear their own costs and expenses incurred in this matter; and
5. ) Any relief not specifically enumerated, including punitive damages and attorneys' fees, is hereby denied with prejudice.
Pursuant to the Code, the following fees are assessed:
