1 EVALUATEYour sales representative has been trained to use specific assessment tools and will provide initial information to our Finishing Systems team about your current equipment and process — helping us to begin to understand your business and your needs.

2 ASSESS

Once we review the information from your representative, we will do an initial assessment and provide your representative with initial feedback. Our team will then meet with you at your facility and conduct a further hands-on assessment of your finishing process to help us fully understand your finishing process and needs.

3 DEFINEOur team will work with you to define your goals and objectives, and understand where you want to take your finishing process. We will support your goals to increase productivity, decrease emissions, expand production, or tackle any other targets your business requires.

4 CONDUCT

After your goals are clearly defined, we will conduct a full-scale evaluation of every step in your finishing process to determine where and how we can implement the steps to reach your objectives. We’ll bring in the right people at the right time, ensuring that your project has the expertise to take your finishing process to the next level.

5 CREATE

Your goals are a roadmap, and we will create a detailed recommendation on equipment and process changes and additions. Once approved, we will create a detailed action plan for the entire process.
