To say Michael Simon has bike building in his blood is an understatement. A native of the San Fernando Valley in Southern California. The TCFI solves tuning problems with highly modi-fied engines using the same system as High-end automotive racing. Alpha-N (throttle position and RPM based) fuel control. Alpha-N eliminates any dependence on manifold pressure and is unaf-fected by long duration/high overlap camshafts. The TCFI brings this proven technology to the H-D® marketplace.The TCFI kit includes the new WEGO IIID dual chan-nel wide-band exhaust gas oxygen interface that allows auto-tuning during actual on-road riding conditions. The kit includes Bosch LSU 4.2 wide-band sensor for both front and rear cylinders. The user programs a table with the desired air/fuel ratios - the system then does the rest. The third generation TCFI fully supports the new SAE J1850 data bus used by 2004-2008 H-D® motorcycles for communications between the engine control module, instrument cluster, turn sig-nal/security module, and diagnostic scan tools. The TCFI also has built-in data logging that stores data for the last 60 minutes of operation at 10 samples/second.
