Goals of the teaching unit
• To encourage developers to invest in their redevelopment, by giving them access to the financial incentives.
• To present the main sources of financing policies addressing the issue of brownfield sites concentrated on their cleanup and redevelopment.
• The reduction of industrial activity had important effects connected with brownfields project realization.

• The total volume of financial assistance allocated to Romania by current European Union funded programmes.
