Vijay Mehta (Chairman)

An alumni of the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce and a rank holder Law graduate from Delhi University, Mr. Mehta started ‘Mefcom’ to fill-up the vacuum for these services in North India. Now a well-established, leading Stock Broker and Investment Banker, Mr. Mehta has acquired thorough on-hand knowledge of the Capital Markets in India and abroad. He is also the Chairman of the Capital Market Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce. He is the former Chairman of Jaipur Stock Exchange, a Director of the Delhi Stock Exchange and a Member of the Regional Advisory Board of BSE. He is a regular speaker at various professional forums & TV News Channels. His expertise in the field and his views on capital markets are well respected in the financial circles.

An Ex-Banker and a qualified Cost Accountant, Mr. Srivastava has innumerable achievements during his diversified professional and corporate experience of 27 years in banking, investment banking, financial services, social and liaison services. He has been associated with many reputed organizations and industrial groups like Canara Bank, Onida, Anand Rathi and many more. Associated with IPOs of more than 35 companies in various capacities such as Directors, Advisors, Lead Managers or as their employee. He has been instrumental in doing a lot of research on the real estate, construction, textiles and sugar sector.


Hemant Chhabra (Head of Research)

A Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of hard-core experience in Equity Research, Technical Analysis, Economic Research, Industry Research, Debt and Mutual Funds Research. Mr. Chhabra has conducted various workshops on technical analysis and has independently managed equity portfolios upto Rs 50 Crores. Has earlier worked as Research Head with leading Brokerages and Private Funds. A regular guest on NDTV PROFIT, CNBC and other TV News channels, he has also been the editor of ‘Investment Monitor’ - a monthly investment magazine.

I.C. Jain (Head of Accounts & Compliance)

A hard-core, down-to-earth accounts & finance professional with a sharp eye for details, Mr. Jain has over 30 years experience in managing figures out of which about 15 years have been with ‘Mefcom’. He also heads the ‘Compliance–Team’ for the whole group for in-house compliance with SEBI, Stock Exchanges, etc. and is the In-charge of the back-office team for Market Settlements, Risk Management, Depository, Accounts and Banking.
