Scope Wireless soluNons o\en experience reduced performance , due to inefficient spectrum usage, compeNNon with other wireless soluNons or due to interference. More intelligent configuraNons based on the cogniNve radio concept can boost wireless performance. This workshop will show what cogniNve radio is, and showcase experiments on exisNng open test-‐beds. AddiNonally it will be illustrated what shared spectrum access and dynamic spectrum access are.
