Our Power Distribution Board's can provide up to 6300 Amperes incoming power distribution with single or multiple incomings with fixed or draw-out versions. Load sharing and synchronizing panels

REMA Engineers manufacture various ranges of load sharing and synchronizing panels. These panels synchronize the different DG sets as per the load requirement of the system. If the load increases, it switches on the other DG sets on by one and synchronizes with the system automatically through panel logic control and when the load decreases below the desired level, it automatically disconnects the DG sets one by one and switches off as per load requirement.

Automatic transformer switches (ATS)

Motor control centers

We design and manufacture MCC's (Motor control centers).It is the combination of motor starters , feeder units and inter locking relays arranged in modular capacities in DOL and STAR-DELTA with digital or analog metering and control elements.

Motor control centers are used to distribute the power through the panels to the different motor loads located at various parts of the factory / system from one place through the motor starter fitted in the panel of required rating with full protection. The motors can be started from remote positions also.

Starter / pump control panels

Automatic power factor control panels (APFC)

Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)

When a VFD starts a motor, it initially applies a low frequency and voltage to

the motor. The starting frequency is typically 2 Hz or less. Starting at such a low

frequency avoids the high inrush current that occurs when a motor is started by

simply applying the utility (mains) voltage by turning on a switch. When VFD

starts, the applied frequency and voltage are increased at a controlled rate or

ramped up to accelerate the load without drawing excessive current.

This starting method typically allows a motor to develop 150% of its rated

torque while drawing only 50% of its rated current. When a motor is simply

switched on at full voltage, it initially draws at least 300% of its rated current

while producing less than 50% of its rated torque. As the load accelerates, the

available torque usually drops a little and then rises to a peak while the current

remains very high until the motor approaches full speed.

A VFD can be adjusted to produce a steady 150% starting torque from standstill

right up to full speed while drawing only 50% current.

plastic i.e. Glass reinforced polyester sheet molding compound confirming to

IS: 13410/1992 .

Meter Boards

Meter Boards are used to bring all the energy meters at a common point for the

ease of distribution, data analysis and safety reasons.

Meter boards consist of a compact busbars system being controlled by three

phase incomer MCB. Outgoing connections are taken through MCB's with

separate energy meter for each connection. Separate pad locking of each

metering compartment.
