What Channel• We will aim to broadcast our documentary on either Channel 4 or BBC

three at around a time of 8:00pm• Our target audience are known to watch TV programs on these two

channels, therefore broadcasting on these channels will appeal to our target audience as they are used to the type and style of TV programs on these channels.

• We are also aiming to broadcast the documentary at these times as through our research we found that are target audience watches the most TV at this time. This is because they are back from school/college and are ready to “unwind” whilst watching TV

• Airing the documentary at this time will also mean its before the watershed; this means that any bad language will have to be censored however this can have the effective of making the bad language seem more dramatic and grab the attention of our target audience.

• We will also undertake several vox pops interviews. This will help show the general opinion of the public and target audience and can be used to contrast against the experts.

• We hope to include background footage of violent video games to show the audience the what games we are talking about.

• We also hope to include archive footage from YouTube and other internet sites of young people getting annoyed and “freaking out” over video games. This will show the damaging effects video games have on young people.
