• But prefer those are college graduatesand have experience and interest in retail.

• Print flyers and distribute them in neighborhood.

FINANCIAL PLAN (START UP)• Rent by using my savings and geting a loan from

bank.• Start up the expense• Rent RM 5,000 per month/ Deposite RM 10,000 for

starting.• Furnitures : RM 25,000 (wardrobe, table, etc)• Spend for clothes RM 15, 000 for starting.• Vehicles ( van and car) RM95, 000.

- RM 10,000 – RM 12 000 per month - RM 120,000 – RM 144, 000 per year

• Payment for employees :--RM 2,500 for manager and accountant.-RM 1000 for Sales girl and cashier.

GOALS• Short term goals

- Hire staff and got high annual profits.• Long term goals

- Top-ranked brand among the outstanding brands.- Spread out the business to the foreign country.

COMPETITORS• Would be others local clothing stores.• However, my clothing apparel will offer

different type of clothing and bring our own identity of clothing.
