OVERALL VIDEO The video will consist of three elements including a performance element and a narrative which interconnects with a dancing element.All three elements will be filmed in the studio with all simplistic set designs. A main prop will be built for the performance element of the video.

1st Element This is where we will see our vocalist. The female artist prior will be filmed in front of a white or black backdropAfter filming her from different angles and close ups of her face and body, this footage will be shown on a stack around 5 foot high of different sized old bulky TV screens with more modern televisions on top. This would be mixed with different sized tvs and having the newer ones towards the top.With some TVs having cracks and breaks, especially at the bottom, each screen will show a different part of the artist switching between three different layouts: one making up her entire face (creating a distorted face e.g. one big eye, one small), one focused on her body (everything excluding face), and then one randomly put together of everything both face and body with duplicates of, for example the lips to represent the harmonies and layering. Lit with the prop of TVs positioned directly in the centre of the room with wires coming out from all angles.

2nd/3rd Element Concept 1

2nd/3rd Element This element will include the use of two hip hop dancers, separately positioned at opposite sides of the room. The set again will be minimalistic e.g. painted black bricks peeling, simply lit.The dancers costume will also be very simple with an all white theme, possibly white shorts/ hot pants and a white sports bra/tank Top.Third element (A) connection with breaking free from wires that the coder is using to control dancers from.

2nd/3rd ElementThe third element will help to properly introduce the narrative into the music video, consisting of a male character behind a computer screen, he will take on the role of the programmer. He connotes that he is the one in control and he is programming the dancers through green coding shown on the computer screen.The programmer would being facing backwards to the camera, attempting to conceal his face dressed in a hoodie with dark shades with the reflection of the green programming on them too.On a desk the programmer will be typing away quite quickly in a dark room with a hanging light above him giving a spot light effect. The lyric I just wanna have some fun, connotes to him enjoying controlling the dancers. The character will also lip sync the line as it is also a male voice in the song.His character will be laughing, having fun, quite sinister like but as the dancers begin to overpower him he becomes incredibly angry and frustrated. As his computer screen begins to malfunction with failure signs flashing he starts screaming which is were we last see him in the video.

2nd/3rd Element Concept 2

3rd Element SilhouetteThis element will begin by displaying a girl standing with her head tilted downThis girl will be lit from the back in a semi silhouette in a black or white roomShe will be standing with a hoodie thats shadow will slightly cover her face

3rd Element - ProblemsThe silhouette will be intercut with a montage representing society or the girls personal problems coming down on her in the form of people shouting, pushing and other forms of attack.This element will be shot in a white or black studio background with the girl once again being at the centre.The girl at all times look slightly down.

3rd Element Visuals In the studio setting first mentioned every time something bad happens to the girl she will be hit with paint. Starting by standing she will gradually kneel into a squat hiding her face and hugging herself. A shadow from her hoodie will still cover her face.

3rd Element The DropAs the drop appears within the song the girl will break free of the paint in one of the studio settings, the hoodie she was wearing will fall off revealing her face and she will begin to breakdance.

3rd Element group/dance The breakdance will be shown in different speeds and after the fast part of the song ends the audience will be brought back to setting two of element 3. At this time the girl will push all her problems away ( and people will literally be pushed away into a semicircle). At this point the people will watch the girl begin to dance (now in this setting, but more slowly) and will gradually join her. As the second drop is about to hit everybody will be shown dancing next to each other. And as the second drop nearly hits paint will begin flying in from the sides, everything except for the girl in the centre will go in slow motion, and we will hear the girl utter the words I just want to have some fun.

PERFORMANCE ELEMENTThe band will be set in the studio with a very simple set; black lit with blinder lights from behind them, with also lots of smoke surrounding them. A possible 3rd element will be in the same setting but with only the lead guitarist to support the guitar solo included within the song.

CHARACTERS There are 5 characters within the narrative of our video:A punk guy very stereotypically leather jackets/boots/studs with a bright coloured mohican Two snap back teens/rebels, One sitting in a shopping trolley, with the other one pushing - very twiddle dee and twiddle dumb like with similar/matching bright coloured costumes. Introduced later; smoke bombs/flares held up by the boy sitting down, leaving a trail behind.A skateboarder dressed in a hoodie half unzipped revealing skull body paint on face and chest, with eventually also introducing smoke bombs/flares leaving another trail behind. A character with a mascot style bunny head on, usually at the back of the pack.

NARRATIVE ELEMENT This will be set in the location of a race track.A group of 5 very different characters will be competing against each other on the track, fighting each other for the win.

OUTLINE OF NARRATIVE Begins with establishing shots of walking up in slo mo to the start line whilst introducing each character to the audience. All characters prepare to start running. Starts off good until competition kicks in and a large amount of cheating begins.The boys in the trolly begin by hitting/pushing the bunny head with their trolly, the bunny head pushes back but falls over and gets behind.The Skateboarder is now in front until the Punk runs up and gently pushes him off his skateboard.The punk after slows to catch his breath, turning towards the skateboarder, but then the trolly swiftly goes past behind them both, getting back into the lead.They realise and both start running again, meanwhile the Bunny head has finally got up to continue running at the back The skateboarder seems to catch up to the trolly and at this point takes a smoke bomb/flare out of his pocket and holds it above his head whilst leaving a trail behind. The boy in the trolly also holds two flares out different colours to either side of him also creating a trail of colours.Towards the end of the race there will be so much smoke over or near the finish line it will be concealed who actually wins the race.
