    LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT

    1. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS :

    LGoffersyoualimitedwarrantythattheenclosedsubscriberunitanditsenclosedaccessorieswillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship,accordingtothefollowingtermsandconditions:

    1.Thelimitedwarrantyfortheproductextends

    forTWELVE(12)MONTHSbeginningonthedateofpurchaseoftheproductwithvalidproofofpurchase,orabsentvalidproofofpurchase,FIFTEEN(15)MONTHSfromdateofmanufactureasdeterminedbytheunitsmanufacturedatecode.

    2.Thelimitedwarrantyextendsonlytotheoriginalpurchaseroftheproductandisnotassignableortransferabletoanysubsequentpurchaser/enduser.

    3.Thiswarrantyisgoodonlytotheoriginalpurchaseroftheproductduringthewarranty

    periodaslongasitisintheU.S,includingAlaska,Hawaii,U.S.TerritoriesandCanada.

    4.Theexternalhousingandcosmeticpartsshallbefreeofdefectsatthetimeofshipmentand,therefore,shallnotbecoveredundertheselimitedwarrantyterms.

    5.UponrequestfromLG,theconsumermustprovideinformationtoreasonablyprovethedateofpurchase.

    6.ThecustomershallbearthecostofshippingtheproducttotheCustomerServiceDepartmentofLG.LGshallbearthecostof

    shippingtheproductbacktotheconsumerafterthecompletionofserviceunderthislimitedwarranty.

    2. WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES

    NOT COVER :1.Defectsordamagesresultingfromuseoftheproductinotherthanitsnormalandcustomarymanner.

    2.Defectsordamagesfromabnormaluse,abnormalconditions,improperstorage,

    exposuretomoistureordampness,unauthorizedmodifications,unauthorizedconnections,unauthorizedrepair,misuse,neglect,abuse,accident,alteration,improperinstallation,orotheractswhicharenotthefaultofLG,includingdamagecausedby

    shipping,blownfuses,spillsoffoodorliquid.3.Breakageordamagetoantennasunlesscauseddirectlybydefectsinmaterialorworkmanship.

    4.ThattheCustomerServiceDepartmentatLGwasnotnotifiedbyconsumeroftheallegeddefectormalfunctionoftheproductduringthe

    applicablelimitedwarrantyperiod.5.Productswhichhavehadtheserialnumberremovedormadeillegible.

    6.Thislimitedwarrantyisinlieuofallotherwarranties,expressorimpliedeitherinfactorbyoperationsoflaw,statutoryorotherwise,

    including,butnotlimitedtoanyimpliedwarrantyofmarketabilityorfitnessforaparticularuse.

    7.Damageresultingfromuseofnon-LGapprovedaccessories.

    8.Allplasticsurfacesandallotherexternally

    exposedpartsthatarescratchedordamagedduetonormalcustomeruse.
