Also present was Mr P Franks (Chief Executive Officer) and Mrs M Iliffe (Minute Secretary).

8.2 EXECUTIVE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE REPORT – FOR THE MONTH TO 31 JULY 2011

Purpose

To present the Executive Financial Performance Report to 31 July 2011.

Background/Discussion

As at 31 July 2011 Council’s Operating Income totalled $84,176,323 and Operating Expenditure totalled $15,999,850. Total Capital Expenditure to date equals $4,011,034. Being the first month of the financial year the only real item of note is Rates and Utility Charges which have been processed for the first half of the financial year.

Conclusion
