How to use online database

Hello everyone today I’m going to be given instruction and going step by step to help you log into the online database. I know that it’s going to be hard for some people because they never have used a computer or for the school that are log on for the first time. So that why I am here to help you out so you can get familiar with the school website and the online database for homework and other school programs. This site is also good for people to find a faster way to log on their web advisor, and the moodle, and find information on in enroll at TSTC.

Getting Started

• Check the internet and then type on the URL link Harlingen.edu.TSTC

• Once you are on the website check on the quick links

• From the quick links check library

Step 1 and 2

• Here is a picture of what it should look like once you get one the Harlingen TSTC school website. On this website

• Then you will find everything that you need to sign up for school. Like there are the programs, admission, financial aid, my TSTC, jobs, and calendar.

Step 3

• After you get familiar with the school website you find the quick links. When you click on the quick link you find the easier way to log on or to find my courses, scholarship, library, web advise , library, college catalog, and etc.

Step 4

• You will click to quick link you will scroll down to the library. Once you are on the library you will find information about the school library. You will also see book catalog, online database, research guide, homework help, media list, citation maker, library literacy, and interlibrary loans.

Step 5

• Click on the online database when you are there you can find a list of database on career and other sources and description. This source will help you find good information on a career that you would like to get into when you finish school. This site also can help you find good sources for your research paper for English and other school needs
