CKF Founders' Team comprises of well-diversified professionals and experts. The Team embodies Chartered Accountants,

Company Secretaries, Cost & Works Accountants, MBAs, Lawyers and Entrepreneurs; each one with a passion to share

and disseminate knowledge wealth. Each member of the Team enjoys the experience of 20-30 years in different areas

of profession and practices, bringing together a bouquet of distinguished wisdom. The Team Members have not

only addressed a large number of Seminars, Conferences, Workshops, Training & Awareness programs for

various Professional Bodies, Institutions, Corporate and Chambers throughout the country, but also have

an experience of successfully organizing many events for Professionals and Corporate World. Apart

from being the representatives of various Professional Institutions and Chambers of Commerce

& Industry, the CKF Team Members also contribute towards the development of theprofession, trade and industry as nominated members of various committees constituted

G.P. Madaan (FCS, LL.B, DLL, DCL&M)Mr. Madaan has more than 25 years of experience in Legal, Secretarial, Financial and Managerial Functions. He also

possesses vast knowledge and insight of Capital Markets. An SRCC Alumni and past Chairman of The Institute of

Company Secretaries of India (Northern Region), he has addressed various forums such as ICSI, PHDCCI, ASSOCHAM,Industry Chambers of Commerce, Universities, Management Institutes etc. Besides being a member of various National Councils &

Committees of ASSOCHAM and PHDCCI, he has to his credit several achievements of successful organization of many diverse

Corporate Events.



Manoj Kumar (B.Com, ACS)

Mr. Manoj holds rich experience in Investment Banking – specializing in Financial Reengineering, Planning & Implementation, CorporateRestructuring –M&A, National and Cross Border Ventures- Deal Structuring & negotiations. He has a multi-faceted research-oriented

base with commendable analytical skills. He has written various articles and has addressed many forums. He is also a member of

National Council for M&As of ASSOCHAM.

Pavan Kumar Vijay (FCS, LL.B, M.Com)Mr. Pavan, having been the youngest President of ICSI as a Statutory Body, has more than 20 years of experience

in Capital & Financial Market. He is a Strategic Manager and a Corporate Planner. He specializes in Capital

Markets, Corporate & Financial Restructuring, Funds Planning, Business Valuation and Securities Laws.

He has been a Pioneer by applying Information Technology (I.T.) skills in the Corporate Legal Arena.

He has also promoted more than 7 knowledge websites deliberating on various Corporate Lawsincluding the internationally acclaimed “Takeovercode.com”. He has been an eminent speaker at

various forums, including Industry Chambers, Professional Institutes, Management Institutions,

Universities etc. Apart from being a regular contributor of research papers to MCA, SEBI, ICSI, ICAI

and many others, Mr. Pavan has also been actively involved in the Investors' & Consumers' Awareness

and Education Programmes. He is also the Chairman of National Council for M&As of ASSOCHAM.

Dr. R.K. Agarwal (FCA, FCS, AICWA, LL.B, M.Com, PhD)Dr. Agarwal has been a practicing Chartered Accountant for more than 25 years, and is currently practicing as a Tax

Advocate at Delhi High Court. He has been associated with the research & academic activities of the Institute of Chartered

Accountants of India (ICAI) and ICSI representing their various committees; besides being the Chairman of NIRC of ICSI. He has

authored various articles and addressed various conferences organized by Professional Institutes and Chambers on Taxation and Tax

Audit. He is a visiting faculty member at various Management Institutes. Recently, he has co-authored a book on “Law relating to Search

and Seizure” under the Income Tax law.



Dr. Rakesh Gupta (FCA, FCS, AICWA, LL.B, PhD)Dr. Gupta, a former member of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), is currently a practicing Tax Advocate at both Delhi

High Court and Supreme Court. He has more than 25 years of experience in Direct Taxation, Accounts & Audit. He is a

regular faculty at the National Institute of Financial Management (NIFM) and trains Civil Service Probationers,

Senior Government and Foreign Governments' Officers. He has delivered more than 200 lectures on Finance

Bill, Union Budget and Direct Tax. He has authored several Articles on Taxation for various Journals and

Newspapers. He has also co-authored the book on “Law relating to Search and Seizure” under the

Income Tax Law.

Dr. Sanjiv Agarwal (M.Com, FCA, FCS, ACIS (U.K.), PhD)Dr. Sanjiv is an expert in Indirect Taxes, Banking Services and Corporate Governance. He has been on

the Board of The State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur as an Independent Director and has also been the

Chairman of Audit Committee of the Bank. He has been a SEBI nominee on the Board of The Jaipur Stock

Exchange and JSEL Securities. Having more than 25 years of dynamic experience. He has authored various books

on Corporate Laws, Corporate Governance, Capital Market, Financial Services, Service Tax and Accounting Standards.

He has a keen interest in academics and is a regular contributor of articles for various Professional Journals and

Newspapers. He is a Regular speaker at ICAI, ICSI, Apex Chambers and Business Forums, Banks and Management Institutes

on Service Tax, GST and Corporate Governance.
