    Function:

    The centrifugal separator removes large volumesof condensate from the compressed air. Optimiseddesign enhances the centrifuge effect and ensures anear constant degree of condensate separation over awide ow volume range. Furthermore, particles up to5 m are also "washed out".

    Application:

    A cyclonic separator is recommended for systemswhere the refrigeration dryer is installed directlydownstream from the rotary screw compressor.

    The centrifugal separator is installed between thecompressor and the refrigeration dryer and removesthe liquid condensate from the compressed air. This

    provides the refrigeration dryer with additional reservedrying capacity. This is particularly important at highambient temperatures in order to ensure that therequired dew point is consistently maintained.

    KAESER centrifugal separators are maintenance-free.

    Tip:

    Each centrifugal separator should be tted with anelectronic ECO Drain condensate drain (available asa complete set with all necessary components).
