Communication & Documents

The system keeps a full track of the claim from Cradle to

Death. All negotiations including mandatory

documents uploaded and amount negotiated is tracked

and maintained.

Integrated Shipment Details

The system can be configured to pick up all required

shipments represented via base SD/MM documents or IS-OIL TSW. A 3rd flavor also allows claim capture for 3rd

party systems.

Settlement

The vendor/user can upload the required invoice against

the respective claim for settlement. The system tries

to link payables with a receivables claim or settles to

a cost object.

Reporting, Alerts & Approvals

The system has a comprehensive approval

model. The system can also be configured to provide relevant

alerts in case of breach of business process.

SpliSmartClaims comes with a range of reporting and

analytics reporting.

Receive/Add Claims

The vendor can directly via vendor login lodge a claim

into the system. Alternately internal user can receive and

add on behalf of vendor.
