Archt. Edric Marco C. Florentino has finished his Bachelor of Science in Architecture at the Central Colleges of the Philipp ines in 1983. In 1985 he

became a Licensed & Registered Architect. He is also a registered APEC Architect in 2006.

He is the principal architect of Edric Marco C. Florentino & Assiociates aside from being a senior partner and one of the principal architects of Edilberto F.

Florentino & Edric Marco C. Florentino & Associates. He is currently the President of Modular Construction Inc., a family owned firm, where he worked in various

capacity since 1975.

He & his Architect-Father Edilberto F. Florentino have developed an innovative building system called Modular Ferro-Concrete System. He is co-inventor of (4) four patents in building system. He & his father have designed & constructed from residential commercial, spiritual to institutional projects

nation-wide using mostly their innovative building systems as well as conventional.

Archt. Edric Marco C. Florentino was National President of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP-IAPOA) in 2005-2007. He takes active roles in

UAP since 1985 until today in various positions in the organization, from the chapter level to national level. Due to his unwavering works towards the objectives

of the organization and the profession, he has received awards & recognitions from UAP & his peers. During his term as national president UAP-IAPOA received a

prestigious award called the PRCs Outstanding Professional Organization 2007 from the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC). He become FELLOW UAP

in 2002 & FELLOW in Architects Regional Council Asia (ARCASIA) in 2006.

Archt. Edric Marco C. Florentino is the Lead Founder of a council composed of Nine(9) different professional organizations that focuses on

environmental concerns & issues called the Council of the Built & Natural Environment (CBNE) where he serves as President for 2 years. CBNE is one the

recognized councils under the Philippine Federation of Professional Association (PFPA) w/c he also serve as an officer. He was appointed as the first Convener of

the Committee on on Professional Practice in ARCASIA for year 2009-2011.

Aside from being active in his profession and in a number of professional and social organizations, he & his family is also in a religious organization called

The Lords Flock Charismatic Community since 1989, where he is currently serving as one of the directors. Archt. Edric Ma rco C. Florentino is blessed with a

wonderful family and an abundant life thus giving all the glory to God.
