premises belonging to you. We shall also be responsible for the following@#

e To keep vigilance inside the society round the clock.

f To carry out any other tasks allotted by you in the interest of the security8

cleanliness of the premises8 installation.

g The security staff so provided will be issued with the proper uniform, winter

clothing, rain coat etc. and identify card by us. Torches will be provided by us

however cells for torches will be provided by your management.

h %ur security staff will maintain all records pertaining to material movement i.e.

incoming and outgoing material and will also regulate the flow of visitors.

i %ur security guard is fully trained to use all types of fire fighting e!uipments and

metal detectors. 6etal detector will be provided by your management if the need

of same arises.

7( C%AR#ES

%ur charges are most competitive and reasonable. These are based on the notification

of minimum wages act laid by the $tate government plus other corresponding

statutory allowances. The rate of variable dearness allowances shall be governed as

per the 5ovt. notification from time to time for increase or decrease of the dearness

allowances.

favor of &Armour $ecurities' payable at Celhi for onwards distributing the salary

to our $ecurity $taff by + thof every month.

Initially this agreement shall be valid for a period of minimum one year.

/owever, the same can be terminated by either side on giving * days notice to

the other.

That in case any dispute arises between the parties in respect of this arrangement

the same shall be referred to the civil courts at Celhi alone and nowhere else.

We re!uire )*#)- days time from the date of confirmation of contract, in writing

for provisioning of guards. This time is for screening and stitching of their

uniform.
