PNG (Transparent Image) These types of images are transparent, they have no background

cover and instead they blend in with the background which has been given to them for example; see below.

These pictures are very popular as people use them for things like banners flyers as well as poster.

PNG files are one of the most popular file storages around. PNG/transparent image can be found with a black and white

background as seen on the right hand side.

JPEG Image JPEG image are normal images created to form one image. For

example; in a poster design, the designer has to include all the images to preform one poster.

JPEG images are mainly found in photography images as the file type is appropriate for it.

When images are saved from a computer, it is mainly a JPEG image. This is because the user is able to edit the image appropriately.

RAW RAW file are file which are downloading. RAW files can be fussy

for example; downloading huge file types can be a problem depending on the internet connection.

RAW images are different compared to the file types, RAW images is process data found from the image sensor.

It is called RAW files as it hasn’t been processed yet as it is unable to be printed or edited.
