Indicator C 1 – Timely Service•Percent of infants and toddlers with IFSPs who receive the early intervention services on their IFSPs in a timely manner. (20 USC 1416(a)(3)(A) and 1442)

•Michigan Definition: Timely Service is defined as the provision of each service as soon as possible, but no later than 30 calendar days from when a parent/guardian consents to the provision of that early intervention service.
