    1) Pay the agreed amounts for the interest in the land and/or the mortgage to be insured.

    2) Pay us the premiums, fees and charges for the policy.

    3) If the insured premises include a mobile or manufactured home that has not been permanently affixed to the premises, Company will not issue a final policy of title insurance and any and all obligations created under this commitment will be void.

    4) Instrument(s) creating the estate or interest (Title) to be insured, executed, delivered and recorded in the Public Records of the appropriate county.

    5) You must tell us in writing the name of anyone not referred to in this Commitment who will get an interest in the land or who will make a loan on the land. We may then make additional requirements or exceptions.

For issuance of ALTA 7 -06 (Manufacturing House Unit): Satisfactory verification of the following: 1) the manufactured housing is attached to the property as a permanent improvement by inspection, affidavit and survey, or affidavit and pictures; (2) the manufactured housing is not treated under state law as personal property by verification that any title certificate previously issued has been canceled; (3) any liens on the title certificate are satisfied and that any sales or personal property taxes on the transfer of the manufactured housing are paid, and (4) the assessor has assessed the manufactured home as a real property improvement, and the endorsement is requested on lender closing instructions.

    6. Cancellation, release, termination, discharge, or satisfaction of record of the following: (NOTE: If the Deed of Trust secures an equity line of credit pursuant to NC Gen. Stat.
