Precycle data available:
CYCLES_ALLOCATION: gives the names of the cycles to be used for each circuit of LHC.
CYCLES_EXTENDED: gives cycles and precycles (mainly) for magnets with field decay.
CYCLES_SIMPLE: gives cycles for correctors and normal magnets.
Available as Oracle tables on the ‘Fidel’ account on ACCDB (password: Faithful1).
Not complete
Demagnetization cycles (MB, MO?, some warm magnets?)
Synchronization of groups (partly).

Database issues
Transfer Refparm & Refharm to real database
– Easier access for LSA
– Easy to link field model data to data in other databases, in particular the layout database
– Easier to check formats, uniqueness etc.
First priority. Put copy of Refparm’s in one Oracle table on the Fidel account.
– Add date for the entry
– Add one or more columns for convenience: magnet type
– High priority: To be finished within 2 weeks. (GB/VR).
– Define simple constraints to enforce correct format
– Instruct data responsibles who don’t know Oracle how to read data and how to load data.
