The Next 2 Cool Weeks

I have some news and one cool story to share with you.

I am so excited to highlight the next 2 cool weeks ahead of us.

Next Shabbos, we will be having our 2nd Annual Maritime

Shabbos Reunion. Last year we celebrated the amazing

re-dedication of the last Torah from Glace Bay to our Centre.

To make this Shabbos even more amazing, we will be hosting a

guest speaker during the sermon and after our Mega Kiddush

Luncheon. Please make plans to have your lunch at the Centre

and join us for the second lecture after the luncheon.

The following week we have Dr. Eli Shapiro joining us. Dr. Shapiro

is an expert in the interactions and relationships being developed

between people and their cell-phone technology. Please check

out the flyer and once again enjoy the luncheon in addition to all

the classes.

And now the crazy story... Shmuel Wachtel of Florida

(Dina Aben's brother) joined us on the Poland Trip. This week,

he closed a deal with a Polish gentile who is not only from

Jaslo, Poland, but whose parents own the property next to the

site of the original shul. Wow! :)
