CONTRACTOR'S WARRANTY: THE CONTRACTOR WARRANTS THAT HE IS FAMILIAR WITH THE CODESAND REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO THE WORK AND THAT HE HAS THE SKILL, KNOWLEDGE,COMPETENCE, ORGANIZATION AND PLANT TO EXECUTE THE WORK PROMPTLY AND EFFICIENTLY INCOMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING THE TIMESCHEDULE. THE CONTRACTOR HAVING THE OBLIGATION TO KEEP A COMPETENT SUPERINTENDENTON THE WORK DURING ITS PROGRESS, TO EMPLOY ONLY SKILLED PERSONNEL AND TO ENFORCESTRICT DISCIPLINE AND ORDER AMONG ITS EMPLOYEES. THE CONTRACTOR ALONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY AND ADEQUACY OF HIS PLANT,APPLIANCES, METHODS AND FOR DAMAGE WHICH MAY RESULT FROM THEIR IMPROPER REMOVAL,CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE OR OPERATION. HE SHALL ERECT AND PROPERLY MAINTAIN AT ALLTIMES AS REQUIRED BY THE CONDITIONS AND PROGRESS OF THE WORK, PROPER SAFEGUARDS FORTHE PROTECTION OF WORKMEN, OWNER AND OWNERS PROPERTY AND SHALL POST DANGERWARNINGS AGAINST HAZARDS CREATED BY CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS.
