Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Participation constitutes entrants full and

unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Future Farmers of America(FFA) Career Show 2013 Advisors Survey Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes) begins at 12:30:00 p.m.Eastern Time (ET) on October30, 2013 and ends at 4:00:00 p.m. ET on November 1, 2013(Sweepstakes Period). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Hobart Welding Products, 1635 W. SpencerSt., P.O. Box 1079, Appleton, WI 54912-1079, United States of America (Sponsor).

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older andlegal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who have reached such age at the timeof entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion,and fulfillment agencies (Hobart Personnel), and immediate family members of Hobart Personnel, orpersons living in the same household as Hobart Personnel, are not eligible to participate in theSweepstakes. Immediate family means parents, siblings, children and spouse. Void where prohibited or

restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws andregulations.

HOW TO ENTER: Each person who includes his/her name, street address, city, state, zip code, e-mailaddress, date of birth and day time telephone number when completing the FFA Career Show 2013Advisors Survey (the Survey) during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically be entered in theSweepstakes once for each such Survey completed. Entries to the Sweepstakes may also be made bydelivering a 3 inch by 5 inch postcard that contains your name, street address, city, state, zip code, e-mailaddress (optional), date of birth and day time telephone number to a representative of Sponsor present atthe FFA Career Show in Indianapolis, Indiana during the Sweepstakes Period. Three inch by 5 inchpostcards may be obtained from Sponsors representatives present at such show upon request. Eachpostcard entry must be delivered individually. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes

Period to be eligible to win. Entries will be deemed to have been made when they are received andaccepted by Sponsor. No other method of entry will be accepted. One entry per person, regardless of themethod of entry. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, altered or tampered with or not submitted pursuantto these Official Rules are not eligible to win. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant,entries will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail addresssubmitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned tothe e-mail address by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (such as abusiness or educational institution) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domainassociated with the e-mail address. Sponsor may, at any time, and in its sole discretion, require proof thatyou are the authorized account holder of your e-mail account. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect,inaccurate or incomplete entry of information by participants; lost entries or transmissions, interrupted orunavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of

any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions or the computer hardware,software, or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage causedby participation in the Sweepstakes.

PRIZE #1: One (1) prize consisting of: one (1) Tractor Supply Company $50 Gift Card. The prize hasan approximate verifiable retail value (VRV) of $50.

The total approximate aggregate VRV of all prizes is $50. All prizes will be awarded. Actual gift cardmay vary from image shown in survey. Prize may be claimed at Sponsors booth at the FFA CareerShow 2013. If a winner does not claim his or her prize at the FFA Career Show 2013 during theSweepstakes Period, Sponsor will ship the prize by standard ground, domestic shipping to the winner.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND/OR LOCAL TAXES AND FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPTOF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL WINNERS. Nosubstitution or transfer of any prize or election of cash in lieu of any prize by the winner will bepermitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value. Prizes arenontransferable.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: Sponsor will randomly select one winner at the end of the business dayon Friday, November 1, 2013, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period and as ofthe time of selection. Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone within forty-eight (48) hoursafter the draw. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one prizeper person. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, orunsuccessful efforts to deliver the notification to the winners. If a selected winner cannot be contacted

within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw, is ineligible or fails to claim a prize or to instruct Sponsor toship the prize to him or her by standard ground, domestic shipping within forty-eight (48) hours of initialcontact, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner who will be randomly selectedfrom the remaining eligible entries. If the winner has moved to a different address, it is the soleresponsibility of the winner to notify Sponsor or designated agent of their new address. Sponsor is notresponsible for undeliverable prize deliveries due to change of address. By accepting and/or using theprize, the winner gives Sponsor the rights to use the winners name, voice, and/or likeness for the purposeof advertising, trade, promotion or other commercial purposes, without further compensation worldwidein perpetuity and in any form of media including the Internet, unless prohibited by law.

CONDITIONS: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rulesand the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its

parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legaladvisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any condition caused by events beyond thecontrol of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any injuries, losses,or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of any prize, or acceptance, possession, oruse of any prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (iii) any printing or typographical errors inany materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, tosuspend or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time if tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technicalproblem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsorreserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes or change any element thereof, with or without notice, at anytime, due to printing errors, transmission errors or other mistakes in the production of the Sweepstakes orfor any other reason. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any persontampering with the entry process, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. By

participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courtsin the state of Wisconsin in the United States, exclusively, and subject to the laws of the state ofWisconsin. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant releases and holds Sponsor and theemployees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies,affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless fromany and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes orresulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury,death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering the

Sweepstakes, entrant acknowledges and accepts that his/her e-mail address and/or other information fromthe entry will be used to contact entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes and for other purposes as setforth in the Sponsors privacy policy in effect from time to time. A copy of the Sponsors privacy policyis available online at http://www.hobartwelders.com/privacy.php. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants

agree that they have read the Sponsors privacy policy and consent to its provisions.

WINNERS NAMES: To obtain a list of the winners names and cities and states of residence, send your

request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: FFA Career Show 2013 Advisors Survey

Sweepstakes Winners List, Hobart Welding Products, 1635 W. Spencer Street, PO Box 1079, Appleton,

WI 54912. VT residents need not include postage. Requests must be received no later than eighteen (18)

months after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
