What’s on in 2020? Get involved with us

Looking for something to do between Christmas and New Year? Links House and The Rookery will be open throughout the Festive Season. Why not drop in for an indulgent hot chocolate or enjoy a delicious warming meal overlooking the beautiful Carnoustie rolling Links†.

2020 is set to be an exciting year at The Rookery as we continue to evolve our seasonal offerings with our brand new spring/summer menu being launched in April. Prior to that, we look forward to our annual Burns night supper in January, plus another series of Winemaker’s dinners along with some new and exciting special events.

Throughout the year, we will continue to offer our Fish Fridays, where you can enjoy a fresh and crispy breaded haddock with chips and mushy peas for £9.50 per person every Friday between 12–6pm. Furthermore, Saturday nights are steak night at The Rookery - enjoy our grilled tender Angus ribeye steak cooked to your preference, a side of hand cut chips while relaxing with a glass of house wine or pint of draft beer between 6-9pm.

Final numbers are required a minimum of 7 days prior to your reservation after which time no reductions to numbers can be made. The Rookery reserves the right to charge full menu price for reduction in group size after that date.

Burns Night Supper Friday 24th January 2020 £40.00pp

Join us on the 24th January at 7.00pm for an evening celebrating the great Rabbie Burns.

You will be welcomed into Links House by our piper and continue on to The Rookery to enjoy a glass of prosecco on arrival. With an address to the haggis, a four course Scottish inspired menu and a dram to wash down your haggis you will be ready to enjoy the warm celebrations of the evening.

This event is perfect for all, whether you are an individual, small group or a larger party. Tables will be set in groups of 8 so please note that you may be sharing a table with other small groups or individuals.
