    Base Oils Data

Based on a variety of chemistries and can be used for both Tinplate and Sheet rolling.

The esters are manufactured to give controlled and consistent lubrication performanceand to give excellent post-anneal cleanliness.

Particle size distribution using Hypermer A70Particle size distribution using Hypermer B261

Unique polymeric emulsifiers that control the particle size and therefore

controls the amount of oil that plates-out on the surface of the strip and theamount of lubrication.

They are shear stable and resist the formation of multi-modal particledistributions which lead to irregular lubrication in the roll bite.

These graphs demonstrate that the Hypermer completely rejects the tramp oil.

The unique chemistry of the Hypermers prevents any emulsification of thetramp oil.
