Particle size distribution using Hypermer A70Particle size distribution using Hypermer B261
Unique polymeric emulsifiers that control the particle size and therefore
controls the amount of oil that plates-out on the surface of the strip and theamount of lubrication.
They are shear stable and resist the formation of multi-modal particledistributions which lead to irregular lubrication in the roll bite.

Test : Modification of ASTM D1401 Test
These graphs demonstrate that the Hypermer completely rejects the tramp oil.
The unique chemistry of the Hypermers prevents any emulsification of thetramp oil.
