Performed end to end testing of various B of A web based workflow automation business applications. Used Citrix to classify electronic images captured by means of fax, scanning and internal file upload.

Tested service connections between modules by logging into the virtual server’s service console, then extracting XML log files, highlighting connection errors and submitting them to development.

Verified the existence of metadata captured in the Oracle database for transactional records using SQL queries in TOAD. Replicated bugs reported to development and monitored defects until the issues were resolved.

Played an instrumental role testing a BAC web based application from ground zero designed to facilitate the electronic sale of government loans to the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Test code environment .NET.

Designed test scripts for Quality Center to cover business requirements. Uploaded excel spreadsheets containing test scripts to the Test Plan module and mapped them to project initiatives. Once tests scripts were approved they were migrated to the Test Lab module for manual execution. Manually test (black/white box) UI of multi tier customer service application validating functionality of Radio buttons, Column headers, Dropdown boxes, menu & tool bars, grid filters, page tabs and print functionality in the role of a production user in QA / staging environments. Tested customer account authentication.

Wrote detailed test cases from specification documents and ‘use’ cases for individual module testing. Developed User Acceptance test scripts for production user training and testing. Performed build validation regression testing prior to releasing build to staging environment.
