Felicia Kahn TACC SENIOR ASSOCIATE Felicia has twenty years of community development and project management experience in the U.S. Asia, Africa, and Europe. At TACC, Felicia uses her background in community and economic development to plan and develop special projects to support neighborhood revitalization. She was a key component in developing the Technical Assistance Program and Summer Internship Program at TACC. Felicia has worked across the public, private and nonprofit sectors (including Living Cities and the Ford Foundation) in building partnerships committed to community development and poverty alleviation. She has proven success in individual and organizational capacity building, with skills in training, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge sharing and management of public and nonprofit organizations.
