Philosophy & Approach All faculty and staff believe in the premise that what we expect is what we get. At FMS, we hold high expectations both behaviorally and academically for all students, as well as ourselves. We are committed to providing a safe, orderly and attractive learning environment in which on-task, engaged behavior is the norm expectation. We are united in our belief that there are “no excuses” when it comes to educating all students at high levels.
