SOCCER VOLUNTEERS WANTED • Our outdoor programs rely heavily parent/guardian volunteers who are willing to commit to be in atendance for the dura�on

of the program and be guided to coach a youth team. Our programs are non-compe��ve, and we provide basic training and equipment, so previous experience is not required, just the enjoyment of working with kids in a fun, safe environment!

• All parents, grandparents and guardians whether coaches or not, are encouraged to get involved on the field and contribute to their child’s successful development.

• A professional, good mannered, posi�ve, enthusias�c a�tude and genuine interest in helping a group of children enjoy a program are important and the prerequisites for the posi�on.

• A volunteer mee�ng may be scheduled prior to the program start date and atendance is important and appreciated.

• The Town will offer each Volunteer Coach (1) complimentary registra�on per family for (1) program that the volunteer has agreed to coach. PROGRAM INFORMATION • Our programs are open to residents from all

surrounding communities. • Our classes have limited spots available, and

registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is required to participate in all programs, unless a drop-in option is stated.

• Programs are subject to last minute modifications, changes and/or cancellations according to registrations and operational needs.

• Approved refund requests/withdrawals, will be refunded based on the program fees paid, minus a $10.00 administrative fee per person, per program. All refunds will be prorated on the percentage of the course remaining at the time of the withdrawal request. Refund requests will not be approved if less than 50% of the session dates remain.

INCLUSION • Individuals with special needs/abilities will be

accommodated whenever possible. Should you have any questions regarding inclusion, or have suggestions about specific classes for special needs/abilities, please contact the Recreation & Events Coordinator.

ACCESSIBILITY • All programs and classes are hosted at facilities

that are fully accessible.
