Peter has an extensive international professional experience working for some of the most renown companies UBS, P & G, L’Oréal, YSL, DHL, Elizabeth Arden; in sales & marketing, business development, managing goods, services, complex projects, but of all - interfacing and training teams around the globe.
He realized that his biggest strength was leading and inspiring people towards their greater potential.
This realization was the catalyst to build on his expertise by becoming a coach and trainer. Passionate, energetic and impact full, his goal is to guide you, or a group, onward and forward to be more, and reach the maximum potential.
Peter has moved into this field through the Advanced Coach Training Program with the Evolutionary Institute, in Copenhagen, and Dublin and has worked as a coach and consultant in an outplacement company.
Certified in psychometric tools such as MBTI 1, MBTI 2, (Myers-Briggs) and FIRO-B during his studies in Oxford. These powerful tools are the basis for business related coaching, training, capacity building and conflict resolution.
Additional knowledge covers NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Morpho-psychology and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Certified in “Happiness & Effectiveness” coaching by Robert P.Holden Phd, London. In addition he has the exclusive license to dispense self-esteem and decision making workshops under the franchise “Feel the fear and DO it anyway”, by Susan Jeffers Phd.
Peter lives now in Geneva, Switzerland and trains and coaches people in seminars, in companies or on a one to one basis, in French, English, German, Swiss German, or Dutch.
