● Feeding is the taking of food.Nutrients are the useful subtances in the food we eat.

Nutrition consist of extracting nutrients from the food we eat,and oxygen from the air we brethe,distributing them around the body and excreting the residue.

es● Fats● Minerals● -Vitamins

   

OUR DIET

● Our diet is the quantity and water that we take.

We must follow a healthy and balanced diet that contains all different nutrient in the correct quantities.
