The nevly elected Bureau are unanimous in their view that this should be the direction in vhich the work of the Commission should go. Success is of course dependent on Commission members playing their part fully by responding to requests for information and ensuring news of the activities of the Commission is widely distributed among the members of their National Federations. We vill be starting a Commission Nevsletter and Erik Rvidberg Hansen viII he pleased to receive items of news for it from any member as soon as possible. We alBa need suggestions for future projects and I vou1d be very p1eased to hear any thoughts or ideas that anyone might have. We look forward to your response in the very near future. MESSAGE TO COMMISSION MEMBERSDear Colleagues,

RE PORT TO.SIXTY-FIRST FIP CONGRESS IN GRANADA 4 MAY 1992As there has only been a short period of time betveen this Congress and the

previous one in Tokyo, out of necessity the report on the activities of thePostal Stationery Commission viII be brief.

At the Go~ission meeting held on the 3rd May 1992 here in Granada, Delegatesfrom 20 countries vere present in person together vith a number of Observers.Mr. Knud Mohr was in attendence as the representative of the FIP Board. Thefolloving persons vere elected:-

Details vere given af the falloving prajects:-1. Compilation of information on philatelic organisations concerned vith

the field of postal stationery; details of magazines and cataloguesdealing with postal stationery.

2. The autline plan af a booklet entitled 'Introducing Postal Stationery'.3. The preparation af visual material to assist those vishing to prepare

postal stationery exhibits for competition and/ar display.Various items of nev s concerning the produetion of nev types of postal

stationery were then presented and agreement vas reached to hold the nextmeeting of the Commission during Bangkok'93.

At the conclusion of the Gommission meeting a Bureau meeting taok place,responsibility for future actions distributed betveen the Bureau members andSalih M Kuyas was elected Vice-President af the Commission.
