C.7.6. Judges' Qualifications and Selection of Judges for ContestsThe National Aero Club (NAC) of each country having judges who join (or who wish to join) judging panels atinternational contests should ensure that a defined standard of judging proficiency including English speaking andunderstanding level is reached and maintained by each of thè judges for which it has responsibility.
Each such NAC should therefore:a) Arrange suitable means and procedures to ensure that each judge is fully trained. This means arrangingtraining courses which include regular and repeated group training in both theoretical (classroom) andpractical (flight) venues where every aspect of both thè current Sporting Code and Judges' Guide may beexamined and practiced in detail.b) Provide suitable means for officially recording each such training session attended by every judge within itsnational responsibility. Such officiai record should include dates, duration, and number of flights observed atsuch training sessions, and should also separately list details of ali thè national and international contests atwhich each judge has been a member of thè judging panel.e) Establish selection criteria which clearly define thè minimum periods of undergoing such training and ofactually judging high quality flights at national level before prospective judges are eligible to be nominated orinvited to join judging panels at international contests.
Providing ali thè above will ensure that thè judging of ali international contests is carried out to thè same basicstandard. These measures will also enable thè organizers of international contests to be sure that ali judges invited ornominated to a judging panel do indeed meet thè required standards of qualification and experience. The organizers of ali World and Continental Championships should therefore submit a list of proposed judges' names, together with their NAC qualification details as at paragraph b) above, to their own NAC and to thè Subcommittee ofthè CIAM.

b) A model aircraft may not carry a national Identification mark FAI License number related to anyother person other than thè competitor but must shows his FAI License number and FAISticker, A model aircraft must not carry FAI Sticker related to other person other than thècompetitor or any other reference which relates to any person other than thè competitor. At thèprocessing of thè model aircraft, thè organizer must mark each FAI sticker (if required).
Type thè reasons in thè space below:
We have to take into consideration thè fact that new competitors are more Pilot of Aeromodels than ModelBoulders, in other hand specially for Junior Pilot, they can use already used model airplane that wererealized by old champions, without destroying thè paint scheme and not less important thè consequentlydeletion of thè model and model builder / pilot story and memories.

The National Aero Club (NAC) of each country having judges who join (or who wish to join) judging panels atinternational contests should ensure that a defined standard of judging proficiency is reachod and maintained by eachof thè judges for which it has responsibility. Each such NAC should therefore:
a)—Provide translations into their own language of both thè current FAI Sporting Code Volume F2 applicable toF2B (that is thè whole of paragraph A.2) and of this complete Judges' Guide.
b)—Arrange suitable means and procedures to ensure that each judge is fully trained. This means arrangingtraining courses which include regalar and repeated group training in both theoretical (classroom) andpractical (flight) venues where every aspect of both thè current Sporting Code and of this Judges' Guide maybe examined and practiced in detail.
e)—Provide suitable means for officially recording each such training session attended by every judge within itsnational responsibility. Such officiai record should include dates, duration, and number of flights observed atsuch training sessions, and should also separately list details of ali thè national and international F2B contestsat which each judge has been a member of thè judging panel.
è)—Establish selection criteria which clearly define thè minimum periods of undergoing such training and ofactually judging high quality F2B flights at national leve! before prospective judges are eligible to benominated or invited to join judging panels at international F2B contests.
Providing ali thè above will ensure that thè judging of ali international F2B contests is carried out to thè same basicstandard. These measures will also enable thè organizers of international contests to be sure that ali judges invited ornominated to a judging panel do indeed meet thè required standards of qualification and experience. The organisersof ali World and Continental Championships should therefore submit a list of proposed judges' names, together withtheir NAC qualification details as at paragraph e) above, to their own NAC and to thè F2 Subcommittee of thè CIAM.To ensure a continuous pool of suitably qualified international F2B judges it is also rocommended that, with suitablemodifications, each NAC apply thè criteria and procedures at thè above paragraphs a) through d) inclusive to thèselection and training of F2B judges for contests at national level.

Type thè reasons in thè space below:After cross check with others Aeromodels categories that imply judges' panels (e.g. F3 Aerobatics, F3Helicopter, F4 Scale, etc) only in F2B is detailed how to train thè judge by thè NAC.Therefore, we consider usefui that this rule have to be deleted from thè F2B Judge Guide and inserted intothè General Rule Volume. In this way NAC will have thè duty to train in thè right manner judge for thè categories that imply judgingpanels

In order to prevent influonco of any kind, no judge should look at tabulated results scores and/or at contestants'"placing" until after thè complGtion of a contest. Neither should judges discuss individuai officiai flights, nor thèexecution of maneuvers; nor thè marks awarded, nor thè tabulated results (placing) or scores, with anyone at aliduring thè whole contest. This includes discussions with thè other judges, with any contestant, with any TeamManager, and with ali spectators. The Head Judge should ensure that ali members of thè judging panel are aware ofthis requirement and that they ali observe these requirements throughout thè contest.
Type thè reasons in thè space below:
This requirement is obsolete, taking into consideration thè social networks (e.g. Facebook, Twitter,Instagram, Whatsup.etc.) where thè preliminary result are made available in real time therefore it is quiteimpossible to avoid that judge will not have access to thè preliminary result. We have to trust on thè Judge professionalism and fair behaviour that can be controlied through analysis ofthè score sheets.

The conduci of thè contest is controlied by a Panel of Judges (hereinafter called 'thèJudges'). The Judges may use video recording equipment, located in thè Judge's Tower, to monitor thè pilots and thèpilot circle. At thè discretion of thè Judges this officiai recorded video can be used, after thè race, as a judging aid.

Type thè reasons in thè space below:
It is important that contest organizer of World, Continental and World Cup may rely on high professional judge fromthè Judge list based on a standard level provided by ali Federated NAC
